Silver Arrow Services was established by Andrew Troughton. Having learnt and honed his trade in England and Scotland he then moved to New Zealand and continued to grow and gather a wealth of experience before arriving in Australia.
Seeing a market lacking in quality service Andrew decided it was time to supply customers around Melbourne with a better choice.
